The QueueMetrics Uniloader User Manual

Uniloader

Uniloader is a kind of Swiss-Army knife designed to make your life easier when working with QueueMetrics.

  • It lets you upload data from a PBX to one or more QueueMetrics instances, separating it as needed when running multiple tenants.

  • It improves the logging for Asterisk systems - tracking outbound calls, parkings, music on hold and more.

  • It acts as a back-end to access remote audio recordings.

  • It creates compatible data to be sent to QueueMetrics out of Freeswitch/FusionPBX systems.

  • It lets you manage QueueMetrics users/classes and system configuration.

  • It can log agents on and off, or re-logon agents, at specific times.

  • It can extract configuration data out of FreePBX, FusionPBX, Issabel or Enswitch and send it to QueueMetrics.

  • It can be used to test connectivity to QueueMetrics Live, to a Postgres/Mysql/MariaDB database, to AMI or ESL, to inspect or deduplicate a QueueMetrics database, or simply to test regular expressions.

Uniloader is cross-platform and runs on Linux (i386, AMD64, ARM7 and ARM64), on Windows and on Apple OSX.
